The location here was great for my needs, close to a bus station and just a short 5-minute walk from Royal Yacht Britannia.

Particularly good location right across from a big shopping centre, perfect breakfast. Reasonably sized room with a LOVELY view of the sea and boating dock.

Convenient, handy location close enough to Edinburgh for a family Funeral, restaurants, shops and of course the royal yacht Britannia and Leith waterfront, a short walk. Beautiful views of the sea and boating dock from brand-new rooms, hard-working employees.

Loved that the hotel was recently refurbished and had well-trained and hard-working staff who did n't know things or understand my request. You got great value. The room was good value for money and had incredibly beautiful views of the sea and boating dock. The full Scottish breakfast was plentiful with a lot of food. The location seemed peaceful to Ocean Terminal for a drink.

The location is beautiful and incredible, very close to Gyle Shopping Centre, Edinburgh, and the Ocean Terminal. The staff are knowledgeable and competent.- I stayed in the twin room with a double bed.

I found the hotel to be in an ideal situation for exploring Edinburgh, due to the excellent bus service from the nearby Ocean Terminal. There was ample parking within the hotel grounds. I had previously used Holiday Inn Express in other locations, so I knew what standard to expect. Many thanks.
